Joint Venture cooked some of the best food of our lives for our wedding of 135 people last year in the Catskills. Danny somehow managed to create a menu that was comforting and indulgent, yet nourishing. I'm a musician who's played hundreds of weddings and I've never experienced a caterer close to Joint Venture's level. He also focuses on seasonal ingredients and sustainable farming practices-- even growing some of the food for the meal himself. Danny was such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He completely got our vision and exceeded all expectations.
